Wicomico Marine Construction is owned and operated by Ronnie and Ray Shackleford of Wicomico Church. Ronnie attended Virginia Tech University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and has served as President of Wicomico Marine Construction for the past 20 years. Ray is Vice President of Wicomico Marine Construction and has been lead Project Manager for the past 24 years.
